Access to and use of this site is provided by KEEPING KIDS COMPANY (T/A KIDS COMPANY) subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

If for any unforeseen reason we are unable to provide these meals or there are surplus funds left over, we will use the donations to help us provide practical or emotional support for vulnerable children and young people.

Kids Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its supporters and stakeholders. We comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

We only record your personal information when you specifically provide it to us. This may happen when you contact Kids Company, register on our websites, make a donation to us or register to receive e-newsletters.

Where stated we may use the personal information you provide to contact you in the future about Kids Company’s work. If you do not want this to happen please tick the appropriate box where or if provided.

What we do with your personal information?

We are legally obliged by the Data Protection Act 1998 to make sure that we only use your information for the purpose for which it was requested, and to make sure it is kept securely.

If you have subscribed to receive e-newsletters, we will use your email address to send you information about important issues and changes to the website. Each email will give you the option to stop receiving information from Kids Company.

If you have requested information to be sent to you, we will only use the email address and postal address provided to communicate with you about this information in the future.

We will not share your information unless a disclosure of child abuse is made, in which case we will pass personal information to the police.
